FuelPath is nutrition coaching software for gyms and their coaches. It supports phase-based Fuel, Cut, and Build plans, calorie and macro targets, food logging, meal planning, check-ins, client messaging, and progress tracking. Clients can log food by search, barcode, photo, voice, or label, while coaches can review intake, weigh-ins, body composition, adherence, and photos. The product is built for coached programs delivered through provider gyms rather than self-serve consumer subscriptions.

Pricing is structured across three plans. Starter costs $299 per month and includes unlimited coach seats. Growth costs $499 per month or $4,990 per year, also with unlimited coach seats. Unlimited costs $799 per month or $7,990 per year and adds multi-location friendliness. There is no free plan. The feature set covers meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, recipe libraries, weekly, biweekly, or monthly check-ins, coach nudges, client messaging, private communities, challenges, leaderboards, an AI assistant, daily briefs, and macro-filling suggestions. That breadth suits gyms that want nutrition delivery and monitoring in one system, but the recurring cost makes the product a considered purchase for smaller programs.

FuelPath also connects with WHOOP, Oura, and Withings, giving coaches selected wearable and scale data alongside nutrition and progress information. Its web delivery and provider-gym model fit organizations running structured coaching programs with an assigned team. Premium gyms that need phase-based programming, detailed tracking, and member engagement tools should find the scope relevant. Gyms seeking a low-cost entry point, a free plan, or a consumer-first standalone nutrition app should look elsewhere. The product is strongest when its full coaching workflow justifies the monthly commitment.
