Fresha is appointment scheduling and business management software for salons, spas, barbershops, medspas, wellness providers, fitness businesses, and related service businesses. Its core booking tools include online booking pages, direct links, availability management, team and resource scheduling, group appointments, and two-way Google Calendar synchronization. Client profiles can include forms, notes, documents, and saved-card wallets. The platform is available on the web, iOS, and Android, and also offers a client marketplace and mobile apps for professionals and customers.
The product’s breadth is its main strength. Alongside scheduling, Fresha supports automated reminders through email, text, WhatsApp, and app notifications; online and in-person payments; deposits; cancellation protection; point-of-sale checkout; inventory; memberships; packages; gift cards; reporting; marketing campaigns; client segmentation; and loyalty tools. The Independent plan includes one calendar column, 100 free messages, 50 free marketing emails, and email and chat support. Team adds multiple calendar columns, 20 free messages per team member, 50 free marketing emails per team member, and phone support alongside chat and email. Enterprise offers custom rates for high-volume businesses with over 20 team members. A 7-day trial is available, and there is no free plan.
Fresha fits businesses that want scheduling connected to day-to-day service operations rather than a booking calendar alone. Its listed ecosystem includes Google Calendar, Google Search and Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Analytics. The narrower integration set may matter to businesses that rely on other software connections. Teams should also review appointment assignment requirements carefully: Fresha documents automatic assignment to team members, but does not clearly document round-robin scheduling. Choose Fresha for an all-in-one beauty or wellness workflow; consider an alternative if extensive integrations or explicit round-robin scheduling are priorities.
