Freelo review
A broad project workspace for small teams that need collaborative basics and time tracking.

Freelo is project management software for freelancers, agencies, and teams that need a shared place for projects, tasks, discussions, files, deadlines, and recurring work. Its planning options cover list, board, calendar, and timeline views, while time tracking, budgets, hourly rates, invoicing, dashboards, filters, and reports extend it beyond basic task lists. External collaborators can join as guests, and the product also includes voice messages, screen recordings, and AI features.
The published plans provide a gradual path from a limited free workspace to broader project and collaboration capacity. Free includes up to 3 active projects, 3 invited users, 500 MB of data, several task views, and time tracking. Lite supports up to 9 users, unlimited projects and tasks, and 15 GB of data, while retaining a maximum of 3 active projects. Business removes that project limit and adds 200 GB of data, Timeline/Gantt charts, custom fields, and up to 100 free guests. Premium costs 19.9 EUR per user per month with annual billing, requires at least 5 users, and includes 1 TB of data, up to 200 free guests, and project management consultations. Annual payment receives a 14% discount, and a 14-day free trial is available.
Freelo fits teams that want broad project coverage across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, a Chrome extension, and an API. Integrations include Google Calendar, Gmail, Make, Raynet CRM, n8n, and Freelo's listed import options for Asana, Trello, and Basecamp 2. API access and webhooks support further connections. The trade-off is that smaller teams may outgrow the Free or Lite project limits, while Premium's minimum user requirement may not suit solo users or very small groups. Choose Freelo for collaborative planning with time, budget, guest, and invoicing needs; look elsewhere if you want a minimal task tool without broader project operations.
