Franpos is a cloud-based point-of-sale and franchise management platform for retail, quick-service restaurants, beauty businesses, and pet businesses. It is designed for corporate teams managing multiple locations and franchisees that need POS, payments, inventory, scheduling, staff management, online ordering, booking, and ecommerce in one system. Multi-location dashboards cover sales, labor, and inventory, while role-based access can be assigned by store or owner.
According to the published plans, Single Location costs $199 USD per location per month and includes Cloud POS, Mobile Register, Online Booking, inventory and staff tools, and 24/7 customer support. The Franchise plan costs $249 USD per location per month and adds franchise features, a Royalties Processor, Franchise Launch Support, and an Enterprise Management System, alongside Cloud POS and 24/7 customer support. There is no free plan, and the per-location billing model means the subscription scales with each site.
Franpos covers a broad operating footprint: centralized menu, catalog, pricing, and promotion management sit alongside corporate reporting, low-stock reports, automated royalty and marketing-fee tracking, mobile register features, and Tap to Pay. It runs on web, iOS, Android, and API, with listed integrations for QuickBooks and Google Merchant Center. Optional payment, ecommerce, and terminal add-ons are also available.
