Foyer is a web-based client portal for service businesses such as accounting, legal, tax, real estate, and consulting firms. It gives teams branded spaces with customizable colors and logos, secure file uploads and sharing, real-time messaging, intake forms, signature requests through DocuSign, and document organization. Clients can self-register and use external portal accounts, while pricing is based on internal staff users. The product fits teams that need a client-facing workspace without making clients internal users.

Pricing starts with Standard at $19 per internal user per month, including 100GB of storage per user, 50 client accounts, and technical support. Premium costs $39 per internal user per month and adds 200GB of storage per user, 500 client accounts, and custom domain and email. Ultimate costs $59 per internal user per month and includes 500GB of storage per user, 5,000 client accounts, custom domain and email, HIPAA compliance, and single sign-on. Enterprise adds unlimited storage, client accounts, and staff accounts, plus custom integrations, with sales contact required. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Integration breadth is a key reason to consider Foyer. Connections include Airtable, Asana, Box, Calendly, Canva, ClickUp, Confluence, Dropbox, Figma, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Jira. The Client Portal API, SAML single sign-on for staff accounts, secure email, desktop activity notifications, and custom domains extend its platform fit. Foyer is a strong choice for teams centered on client communication, document exchange, and intake. Businesses needing verified work tracking or AI features should consider a more specialized alternative.
