Our verdict on Foxmail
Foxmail is a free desktop email client for Windows and macOS, designed for people managing several personal or workplace mail accounts in one application. It supports QQ Mail, Gmail, Tencent Exmail, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, making it particularly relevant to Windows users working in Tencent and QQ Mail ecosystems. Multiple account support, message organization, large attachments, and mail import and export cover the core needs of a desktop inbox.
The pricing is straightforward: Foxmail is distributed as a free desktop download, with no paid tiers described. Its ecosystem fit is strongest around Tencent services. Tencent Exmail accounts can use automatic configuration and company address-book integration, while QQ Mail supports synchronized notes. The client also supports Gmail, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, so it can serve mixed-account setups rather than being restricted to one provider. Calendar events and reminders add useful planning tools alongside email, although calendar synchronization depends on the connected account or mail service.
Foxmail’s standout value is the combination of scheduled sending, large attachment support, calendar tools, and Tencent-specific account features in a desktop client. Email recall is available for supported Tencent accounts, which makes the feature particularly relevant to organizations using Tencent Exmail. It is a focused choice for desktop email management and Tencent-connected workflows, but it is limited to Windows and macOS desktop apps. Choose Foxmail if free multi-account email and Tencent integration are priorities; consider another client if your requirements center on mobile access or account-independent recall and calendar behavior.
