FormZila review
Prompt-generated conversational forms with branching, uploads, and a free entry tier.

FormZila is a web-based form builder for people who want to create and publish contact, lead, and other forms without a plugin. Its AI generator turns a written prompt into a form, and its conversational mode presents questions one at a time. Conditional logic can branch the form based on answers, making it a fit for individuals and small teams collecting information through guided forms.
Its core workflow includes website embedding through a code snippet, file uploads, submission notifications, real-time analytics, CSV export, and a landing page with a form. Listed integrations include WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Shopify. That makes FormZila a practical option when a form needs to be embedded on a website, but its listed capabilities focus on creating and managing forms rather than a broader marketing or data platform.
The Free plan includes embedding on any site and CSV export; the homepage describes limits of three active forms and 100 submissions per month. Pro adds unlimited forms and submissions, custom branding, priority support, all field types, and advanced analytics. The homepage advertises Pro at $9 per month and also mentions an offer for the first 100 users to get every plan free for life, without clarifying whether that offer remains available. Choose FormZila if prompt-based creation and conversational forms matter more than extensive platform breadth; consider another tool if you need capabilities beyond its form-focused workflow.
