Form Notify is a Google Workspace add-on for people who want to automate email and document tasks around Google Forms submissions. It can send respondent or team notifications, apply conditional rules based on form answers, and personalize messages with merge tags. The broader toolkit also includes Gmail and Google Sheets mail merge, scheduled campaigns, document generation, and form response controls, making it suited to solo users and teams that already work in Google Forms and Sheets.
