Food-Ordering.com is a web-based ordering and operations platform from Naxtech for restaurants and other hospitality organizations. It brings branded website ordering together with delivery and collection workflows, QR table ordering, kiosks, telephone orders with CallerID, kitchen displays, printing and table bookings. Cloud and self-hosted deployment options make it relevant to organizations seeking control over how the platform is hosted, while its multi-location management and integrations may suit broader operations. It is less suited to a single-store buyer seeking a low-cost monthly entry point.

The published licences are one-time purchases: the Online Ordering Licence costs £2,500 for one store and covers delivery and collection ordering with a branded interface on the customer's domain. The Standard or Full Platform Licence costs £3,500 and adds CallerID, a Kitchen Display System, kiosk and table QR ordering, and multi-location management. Eligible registered charities, NHS organizations and qualifying disability-owned businesses can access a free licence tier, with a customer-paid 50p per-order service fee. Managed hosting on the vendor's UK server is £10 per month; priority phone and email support is £30 per month.

Its channel breadth is the main reason to consider it: menus can be multilingual and include allergen filtering, and table bookings can include pre-ordering. Integrations include WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, DoorDash, Wolt, Grab, Google Analytics, Google Maps and WhatsApp; POS and payment gateway integrations are also listed. Buyers should compare the upfront licence against their store count and required channels before choosing. Pick it if self-hosting or a combination of ordering methods matters; consider alternatives if the one-store entry licence or upfront purchase does not fit.
