Fonn Construction, presented as Access Fonn, brings site and project management workflows together for contractors, housebuilders, specialist trades, field teams, and office staff. Its focus is practical documentation and coordination: drawings, issues, tasks, compliance forms, RFIs, submittals, tenders, reports, timesheets, and change requests sit in one product, accessible on web, iOS, Android, and through an open API. Teams whose day-to-day work centers on capturing site information and routing it to the right people are the clearest fit.
The module structure is the main buying decision. Core includes documents and drawings, issue and snagging management, tasks, one-click daily reports, and Scope of Works. Pro adds six additional modules of choice, while ProPlus adds ten; both retain Core. Enterprise includes everything in ProPlus, plus custom module configuration, dedicated implementation, and bespoke support. All named plans include unlimited users, projects, and subcontractor access. According to the vendor's pricing model, fees are a flat annual amount supplied by quote rather than published per-user rates, so buyers will need a quote to compare cost. There is no free plan.
The breadth of workflows is useful for teams that need more than punch lists: version control, geotagged defect photos, RFI response tracking and audit history, submittal approvals, tender status, geo-fenced site check-ins, and budget and programme impacts for changes are all described features. However, buyers with established software ecosystems should assess fit carefully: Access Coins Evo is the only named integration, although the product also offers an open public API. Fonn suits teams seeking a configurable, mobile-accessible documentation hub; organizations prioritizing a wide catalog of named integrations or transparent published prices may prefer to compare alternatives.
