Folio Poster is a browser-based poster generator for researchers, students, and academics preparing scientific conference materials. Its workflow combines conference-oriented templates with structured sections, automatic layouts, charts, tables, KPI blocks, adjustable color themes, and French or English interface and section labels. Posters can be exported as A0 or A1 PDFs at 300 DPI for print use, while a companion web page and QR code support digital sharing alongside the printed poster.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, the Free plan includes four templates, A0 PDF export, and a companion web page, with a light Folio Studio watermark in the PDF. Pro costs €3.99 per month or €29.99 per year and adds 17 templates, 10 AI-assisted generations every 30 days, and watermark-free PDF export. For occasional work, a single poster unlock costs €0.99 one time and removes the watermark from one specific poster. An AI pack costs €2.49 one time for five extra generations with no expiry, giving infrequent users an alternative to a subscription.
