Fluid Pay Virtual Terminal is a browser-based payment tool for mail-order, phone-order, call-center, accounts-receivable, and off-site sales teams. It accepts card and ACH payments in one form and brings transaction search, refunds, reconciliation, batch processing, customer records, receipts, split payments, vault creation, and catalog line items into one cloud interface. The product is offered through Fluid Pay’s partner-only payment gateway for ISOs, agent groups, ISVs, and vertical SaaS platforms.

Its strongest fit is operational control after a payment is submitted. Teams can search transactions, issue refunds, reconcile activity, and process batches. Custom fields support reporting, while customer records can store billing and shipping addresses. Branded email receipts help standardize payment communication, and split payments allow a transaction to use two payment methods. Catalog search and ad-hoc line items support both predefined items and one-off charges. Customer Vault records can also be created during transactions, with Customer Vault and Reporting listed among the related integrations.

The product is focused on browser-based payment acceptance rather than a broader billing suite. Recurring Billing and e-invoicing are presented as separate sibling products, so teams that need those capabilities within the same virtual-terminal workflow should consider an alternative that includes them directly. Pricing is handled through contact with sales, and the platform is web-only. Fluid Pay Virtual Terminal suits organizations that prioritize reconciliation, custom transaction data, customer records, and flexible payment entry. It is less suited to teams seeking a self-service plan structure or built-in recurring billing as part of the virtual terminal itself.
