Flow.vet is cloud-based veterinary practice management software for solo veterinarians and small clinics. It brings patient medical records, appointment scheduling, online booking requests, reminders, document storage, AI-generated summaries, and reporting into a web service. Records can include history, vaccinations, treatments, and clinical notes, while scheduling supports day, week, and calendar views. The free Solo plan includes calendar and medical records, reports and analytics, and community email support, making it a practical starting point for clinics that need core scheduling and records without a subscription.
Pricing is structured around a free Solo plan and two Clinic billing options. Solo costs €0 forever. Clinic costs €32.50 per month with annual billing or €39 per month with monthly billing. Clinic adds unlimited patients and staff seats, SMS reminders and recalls, AI pet and document summaries, 100 GB of cloud document storage, and priority support. Prices exclude VAT, and SMS credits are sold separately. The paid tier is therefore aimed at practices that need broader usage, stronger communication tools, and more storage than the free plan provides.
Its feature breadth suits clinics that want scheduling and clinical administration in one place. Online booking requests can come through a clinic page, while automatic confirmations, vaccination recalls, and email and SMS reminders support routine appointment communication. Cloud storage covers X-rays, lab results, photos, and documents, and reports cover visits, vaccinations, and revenue. Clinics needing a web-based system with a free entry plan should consider it; practices requiring a native desktop or mobile application, or a tightly controlled SMS budget, may prefer another option.
