FloorLens is an iPhone and iPad app that uses LiDAR scanning to create editable floor plans, measurements and 3D models for rooms or entire homes. It is aimed at homeowners, real-estate agents, appraisers, property managers, architects, designers and renovators who need property documentation, sharing or visualization through Apple devices. Its feature set covers AI-generated, north-aligned floor plans; automatic measurements for walls, rooms, ceilings and objects; editable walls, doors, windows and objects; and browser-based 3D sharing through links and QR codes.
Pricing is accessible for occasional projects. The Free plan includes AI floor plans, automatic measurements, one web share, PDF export, JPG, PNG and SVG export, plus GLB, USDZ and OBJ export. Premium costs $8.99 per month, $3.99 per week or $39.99 per year, adding texture-baked walls, textured 3D geometry, iCloud sync, up to 3 web scans and branded PDF personalization. Professional costs $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year and adds up to 30 web scans. Enterprise adds more cloud scan exports per month and priority support. The published plans show a three-project limit, so the lower tiers suit smaller workloads.
FloorLens stands out for combining measurement, editing, visualization and export formats in one workflow. Users can export PDFs with measurements and property information, images in JPG, PNG and SVG, 3D models in GLB, USDZ and OBJ, and MP4 cinematic fly-throughs. Access spans web, macOS and iOS, while iCloud is the listed integration. Choose it for low-cost LiDAR scanning, editable plans and flexible 3D sharing; choose an alternative if you need more than three projects or a workflow outside Apple-device use.
