FlockBase combines church accounting and membership management for small and midsize churches. Its accounting capabilities include fund tracking, budget-to-actual tracking, expense recording, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, check printing, payroll, contribution tracking and pledge tracking. Membership tools cover member and household information, groups, events and attendance. The product is positioned for volunteer treasurers, church staff and bookkeepers who manage financial and member information together.

The cloud accounting plans are Basic at $24 per month, Plus at $39 per month and Pro at $59 per month. Basic includes cloud access, check printing, bank reconciliations, budgeting, financial reporting, and contribution and pledge tracking. Plus adds payroll with federal withholding, online giving, direct deposit and group emails. Pro adds PDFs attached to transactions, Text-to-Give and group texts. A 14-day free trial is available. Desktop options include Accounting for a $169 one-time price, Membership for $139 one time, and Combined for $269 one time. Annual support is $99 for Membership and $198 for Combined.

FlockBase fits churches that want financial controls and member administration in the same church-focused product. Its selected cloud plans connect accounting with online giving, direct deposit, group email, texting and document storage, while payroll includes federal withholding and W-2/1099 printing. Churches that need basic accounting can choose Basic, while organizations needing payroll or communication tools can move to Plus or Pro. Churches preferring a one-time desktop purchase can consider the Accounting, Membership or Combined editions, with annual support and updates after the included first year. It is less suitable for organizations seeking a free plan or online giving on every tier.
