Fleetsoft brings vehicle and equipment records, preventive maintenance, work orders, parts, fuel, inspections, and operational reporting into one fleet-management product. Its stated audiences include transportation, trucking, public-sector, construction, and service fleets. The emphasis is on maintenance administration and cost control: teams can schedule service by date, odometer, or engine hours, track repairs and labor, and monitor parts and fuel data. It is suited to operators who want those workflows alongside fleet records, rather than a product centered primarily on driver safety.

The published plans show annual billing and a $5 per asset per month Professional tier, which includes vehicle records, work orders, parts inventory, preventive-maintenance scheduling, GPS integrations, and REST API access. Professional Plus costs $7 per asset per month and adds DVIR inspections, reported problems, a fuel interface, vehicle logs, and tire tracking. Enterprise includes everything in Professional Plus, along with volume discounts and consulting, training, and programming services; its pricing is customized. There is no free plan. Buyers should compare the tiers based on whether they need inspections and fuel workflows, rather than treating the starting price as coverage for every listed feature.

Fleetsoft is available as web software, Windows software, an iOS app, and an API. Integrations include GPS/telematics providers, QuickBooks, and fuel systems; GPS/telematics data can include location, meter, and fault-code information. Licensing, permits, certifications, and expiration reminders extend its remit beyond repair work. Reports, dashboards, cost analytics, user permissions, and data import/export support day-to-day administration. Consider it when maintenance records and operating costs are central; fleets prioritizing verified driver-safety capabilities should compare alternatives before choosing.

Fleetsoft pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Schedules maintenance by date, odometer, or engine hours.
    • Tracks work orders, parts inventory, fuel use, and maintenance costs.
    • Adds DVIR inspections and reported-problem workflows on Professional Plus.
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; Professional starts at $5 per asset per month, billed annually.
    • DVIR inspections, fuel interface, and tire tracking require Professional Plus.
    • Enterprise uses customized pricing rather than a listed per-asset rate.
