FitSync is online personal training software for trainers, coaches, therapists, fitness professionals, and health clubs. It supports exercise creation, workout planning, multi-week programs, client assignments, video delivery, progress monitoring, and trainer-client messaging. Clients receive individual accounts to access workouts, log activity, view progress, keep journals, and contact their trainer. Its long operating history and straightforward programming model suit professionals who want core training management without a wider business-management focus.

Pricing is simple. FitSync offers a free plan aimed primarily at individual users, while the trainer-focused Professional account is paid. The Professional plan costs $19.95 per month when billed monthly or $200 per year when billed annually. Both options include a professional web account, unlimited storage, unlimited client accounts, workout and exercise libraries, and client progress monitoring. Unlimited client accounts make the paid tier practical for trainers managing a growing roster, while annual billing lowers the stated monthly equivalent compared with paying month to month.

FitSync’s strongest area is training workflow depth: trainers can create and edit exercises, workouts, and multi-week programs; schedule recurring, alternating, or skipped days; assign workouts and exercise videos; and review charts and reports. Private libraries, client journals, and training diaries add structure to ongoing coaching. The product works across web, Windows, iOS, and Android, giving clients several access points. However, it does not provide AI features, verified payments, verified integrations, or branded apps. Choose FitSync for durable, focused programming and progress tracking; choose another product if payment processing, connected services, AI assistance, or a branded client experience are central requirements.
