Firepush review
A focused Shopify retention tool for push-led campaigns, not conventional email marketing.

Firepush is a Shopify marketing app centered on browser web-push notifications and SMS campaigns. It is designed for Shopify merchants that want to grow subscriber lists, send promotional messages and automate retention journeys without making conventional email marketing the core channel. Its feature set includes abandoned-cart notifications, welcome, win-back, price-drop and back-in-stock automations, audience segmentation, scheduling, recurring boosts, popups, sign-up boxes, countdown timers, discount codes and campaign reporting. It runs on the web and is installed through the Shopify App Store.
Pricing is structured around push volume. The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes all push notification features, but excludes SMS. Basic costs $13 per month for 10,000 pushes, $25 for 20,000 pushes or $35 for 30,000 pushes; these plans include all features, standard support and SMS credits available as an add-on. Pro costs $49 per month for 25,000 pushes, $89 for 50,000, $159 for 100,000 or $229 for 150,000. Pro includes all features, priority support and SMS credits available as an add-on. The plan structure gives smaller stores a free entry point and lets larger push audiences move into higher-volume tiers.
Firepush fits merchants whose retention strategy depends on browser push and SMS, particularly stores that need triggered messages around carts, products and customer reactivation. Shopify is the central ecosystem connection, with Growave and PageFly also listed as integrations. The product is a narrower choice for teams seeking a conventional email marketing platform or a broad integration network. Choose Firepush when push-led retention, segmentation and automated store-event messaging are the priority; choose an alternative when email automation is the primary requirement or when broader platform coverage matters more than Shopify-focused delivery.
