Fire Cloud is cloud-based software for building owners, facility managers and service providers managing fire safety compliance. It brings inspection schedules, records and reports together with occupant training records, asset management, maintenance and defect reporting. Service-provider licensing, service dates, insurance expiry and contract expiry can also be tracked. The product supports one building, one site or multiple sites depending on the plan, making it suitable for property teams that need a shared record of fire safety activity across their estate.

The published plans show a free Basic tier for one building, with asset management, service provider management, email notifications, an annual occupier statement, maintenance records and defect reporting. Standard is also free and covers one site, multi-tenant asset management, reminders, multiple occupier statements and mobile access. Premium adds multiple sites, multi-site asset management, multiple service providers, multiple tenant management and mobile access. Ultimate moves beyond record management into managed maintenance compliance, emergency planning compliance, tender management, online emergency learning and fire safety advisor services. Premium and Ultimate are quote-based plans.

Fire Cloud’s strongest fit is structured compliance administration rather than broad operational maintenance or an integration-led ecosystem. Its reporting includes annual condition reports, occupier statements, asset lists and activity reports, while calendar and email notifications help track scheduled work and expiry dates. The product is web-based, with mobile access listed on Standard and Premium. Teams needing inspection, training, asset and provider records in one focused system should consider Fire Cloud, particularly when multi-site support or managed compliance services are relevant. Organisations that require extensive integrations, richer service workflows or dependable offline operation should look for an alternative with those capabilities.
