FINSYNC is a web-based financial platform for entrepreneurs and small businesses that want banking, bookkeeping, invoicing, bill pay, cash-flow management, business planning, and payroll in one place. Its free Start plan covers business services, business planning, and a financial network. The Build plan costs $18 per month and adds banking and transaction activity, customer invoicing, vendor payments, and cash-flow management. This makes FINSYNC a fit for small businesses starting with basic financial automation and expanding into broader accounting operations.

Pricing follows a clear progression. Build adds bank and credit-card account synchronization, transaction categorization and reconciliation, invoicing with ACH, card, or check payments, vendor bill pay, and cash-flow charts, projections, and planning. Grow costs $75 per month and includes everything in Build, plus full accounting and reporting features. Scale costs $115 per month and adds full-service payroll for employees, W-2 workers, and 1099 contractors. Businesses can therefore begin at no monthly cost, add transaction and cash-flow workflows at $18, and move to accounting or payroll as their needs increase.

FINSYNC’s strongest fit is a small U.S. business that wants bank-connected workflows, payment tools, financial reports, and payroll within a single web platform. Its ecosystem centers on banks and credit unions, and mobile access is through a supported browser rather than a separately verified native app. The platform also includes AI assistant Fynn for business planning and guidance. Choose FINSYNC if free entry, reconciliation, invoicing, cash-flow planning, and tiered expansion matter most. Businesses seeking a non-web deployment or operations outside the U.S. should look elsewhere.
