FinStak is a CRM and practice-management platform for financial advisors, financial planners, registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth-management firms. Its scope spans lead, deal, and contact management; workflow automation; marketing; campaigns; client account tracking; reporting; projects; document management; customization; and mobile access. It is suited to solo advisors and small firms that want one system for day-to-day operations, with capabilities that also extend to larger wealth-management organizations.
Pricing is organized across Basic, Pro, and Premier tiers, with annual and month-to-month options. Basic costs $60 per user per month when billed annually or $70 per user per month when billed monthly and provides CRM Only. Pro costs $80 annually billed monthly equivalent or $90 month-to-month, adding FinStak Forms, FinStak Survey, and FinStak Projects. Premier costs $100 annually billed monthly equivalent or $125 month-to-month, adding FinStak Analytics. A free plan and a 14-day free trial provide lower-commitment entry points. According to the published plans, paid tiers add form, survey, project, and analytics capabilities rather than changing the platform’s core CRM foundation.
FinStak’s main strength is breadth for operational work. Advisors can combine financial-account tracking for insurance, investment, retirement, and financial plans with notifications, tasks, field updates, document repositories, Gantt charts, reports, dashboards, and custom modules. Audit logs, roles, permissions, profiles, and two-factor authentication support administrative control. Google, Microsoft 365, and Zoho integrations help it fit common business workflows, while web, iOS, and Android access supports mobile work. Firms seeking a broad operating system at a relatively low entry price should consider FinStak; firms prioritizing dedicated financial-planning depth or a client-portal-centered experience should look for a more specialized alternative.
