Our verdict on Find Wear

Find Wear is an iPhone app for people who want to identify clothing or accessories from an image and find similar items online. Search starts with an uploaded photo or a camera image, and crop controls let shoppers frame a garment before submitting it. Results are intended to show visually similar products alongside prices and retailer links, with store matching available for a selected country. That makes the app most relevant to individual shoppers who begin with an image rather than a product name and want to compare purchase options across regional stores.

Its shopping workflow combines image search with practical follow-up tools. Users can save products to favourites, revisit search history and receive price-drop notifications for saved items. Find Wear also describes searching across 13 countries, which makes country selection central to how shoppers discover retailers. Portrait photos are rejected before a search runs, so the image needs to focus on clothing or accessories rather than a person's portrait. Premium is described as adding seasonal suggestions and outfit suggestions for scanned items, extending the app beyond identifying a single garment. Those features may suit shoppers who want to keep track of finds or explore related styling ideas, while the core use remains product discovery and comparison.

The main caveat is availability and cost. The official website describes the app as in final testing and coming soon to the App Store, so shoppers should not assume it is ready to download. Terms mention possible paid Premium subscriptions and search-credit purchases, but do not establish an exact price or a free tier. The published description therefore points to a paid product model without enough information to judge ongoing costs. Find Wear is a better fit for iPhone shoppers comfortable with image-led discovery and potentially paid search; those needing an app immediately or a clearly priced free option should consider alternatives.
