FieldBench is field service management software for residential and light commercial plumbing businesses. It brings together client and property records, job scheduling, dispatch, quotes, invoices, payments, communications, recurring work and field-service tools. Technicians can use the iOS and Android apps to view jobs, update statuses, send quotes, complete forms, collect payments and communicate with the office. The Free plan is positioned for solo users, while Starter and Pro extend the platform for growing teams.
Pricing is structured in three monthly USD plans. Free includes clients, properties and lead capture; jobs, appointments and scheduling; quotes, invoices and payments; and web, iOS and Android access. Starter costs $49 per month and adds Recurring Jobs, Online Booking, Team Chat & Inbox, and Full Forms & Checklists. Pro costs $99 per month and adds Dispatch Board & Crews, Service Areas, Inventory Management, Job Costing & Margins, and Advanced Workflows. A 30-day free trial is also available. Stripe, tap to pay and payment links support payment collection, although payment-processing fees apply separately and tap to pay availability depends on the payment processor, device and region.
The product’s breadth is its main practical advantage for plumbing teams that want one system for office coordination and field execution. Scheduling and dispatch offer board, calendar, map and list views; online booking pages show real availability; quotes support options, approvals, signatures and change orders; and records can include equipment and service history. Two-way SMS, on-my-way notifications, recurring jobs, forms, checklists, photos, files, time tracking, reporting and technician mobile apps extend the workflow. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Zapier, alongside Stripe. Choose FieldBench if free core coverage or a broad upgrade path matters; consider an alternative if dispatch, inventory or costing must be included below the Pro tier.
