A focused manufacturing ERP with accounting, costing, MRP, and traceability at $50 per user monthly.

FerroSync is a cloud-based ERP for small and mid-size manufacturers that want manufacturing operations and accounting in one system. Its scope includes bills of materials, production orders, MRP, inventory, procurement, order processing, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and double-entry financial statements. Production activity posts inventory and cost events to the general ledger, while inventory supports lots, expiry dates, serial numbers, multiple warehouses, stock transfers, and moving-average costing. It is available through the web and is in early access.
Pricing is straightforward. The Standard plan costs $50 per user per month and includes five users, a dedicated isolated instance and database, all listed business modules, daily backups with point-in-time recovery, role-based permissions, 2FA, and an audit log. Manufacturing controls include expected yield and waste factors in bills of materials, actual-versus-estimated production costing, labor and overhead absorption through work centers, MRP shortage planning, purchase approvals, partial receiving, three-way matching, and landed costs. The High Availability plan costs $100 per user per month and adds redundant application servers across availability zones, automatic database failover, no idle pauses, and priority support. It includes everything in Standard, although it is not available to buy today.
FerroSync is strongest when a manufacturer wants accounting, production costing, WIP, shop floor reporting, inventory, purchasing, and traceability within one focused system. Lot, expiry, FEFO, and serial-number tracking support controlled inventory workflows, while audit trails and permissions add operational oversight. The tradeoff is ecosystem fit: integrations are not provided, API access is unavailable, and public API documentation is coming soon. That makes FerroSync a better choice for organizations comfortable working within its web platform and a weaker fit for teams that depend on connected external systems or custom integrations. Manufacturers seeking transparent pricing and broad operational coverage should consider it; integration-heavy operations should choose an alternative.
