Feedsoft Dairy brings herd and barn records together with milk, feed, health and breeding tracking for dairy operations. It is aimed at small and midsize herds that want to monitor production and feed efficiency, including across milking cows, dry cows, heifers and calves. Records can be entered offline and synchronized when connectivity returns, and the product is available through web, iOS and Android.
The entry Feedsoft Dairy plan is $39 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes herd and barn records; milk yield and quality by milking, including butterfat, protein and SCC; feed, health and breeding records; expenses and sales; and live yield, feed-efficiency and SCC reporting. A seven-day trial is offered, with no card required. Feedsoft Dairy+ includes those features and adds profit and loss for every herd, cost per litre and cost per cow, printable reports and CSV export. Feedsoft Dairy Pro includes Dairy+ features and adds management of several farms under one operation, with stock, costs and results separated by farm, plus priority support and onboarding assistance.
The feature set is broad for day-to-day dairy records: users can track breeding events, pregnancy checks, calving, treatments, vaccinations, health observations, daily feed, mortality, weight and feed inventory with average-cost tracking. Efficiency and SCC trends and alerts help connect production records with herd monitoring. Offline entry is relevant for farms where connectivity is intermittent, while Dairy+ and Pro add progressively deeper financial and multi-farm oversight. Choose Feedsoft Dairy for operational records and milk-efficiency tracking; consider an alternative if integrations are central to your workflow or if you need multi-farm controls without the Pro tier.
