Fedelta POS is a point-of-sale platform for restaurants, bars, cafés, quick-service venues, wineries and retailers. It combines checkout with table and floor-plan management, takeaway, delivery and online ordering workflows, inventory controls, customer loyalty, reporting and employee access controls. Web, Windows and Android support make it relevant to single-site businesses as well as multi-location and enterprise operators.
The software plan is free on the Plus entry level, although hardware is required. Plus includes hardware setup, Fedelta Rewards, basic support, unlimited integrations, reporting and table management. Premium includes the Plus plan and adds mobile online ordering, a kitchen display system, 24/7/365 support, enterprise backoffice and reporting, and unlimited devices. Custom provides tailored solutions quoted by sales. This tier structure gives smaller hospitality businesses a way to start with core operations, while larger venues can select capabilities for ordering, kitchen workflows, support and backoffice management.
Fedelta’s breadth is a notable fit for hospitality operators managing more than checkout: the platform supports stock levels, transfers and stock takes, offline transaction processing with automatic synchronization, loyalty, business intelligence and sensitive-function access controls. Integrations include Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, OpenTable, Humanforce and Linkly. Businesses should choose Fedelta POS if they want a hospitality-focused system with ordering, inventory and offline workflows, particularly when free software entry matters. It may be less suitable for buyers seeking a fully hardware-free setup or a narrowly focused checkout tool.
