Faxfix is a browser-based service for sending documents by fax without a fax machine, phone line, account, or subscription. It suits individuals and small teams that send faxes occasionally, especially when international delivery is needed. Users can upload PDFs, photos, or multiple files, then reorder, rotate, combine, and remove pages before entering a recipient fax number and paying online. The web service supports delivery to 18 destinations and provides email delivery-status notifications.
The published Single fax plan costs €2.99 per fax as a one-time payment and includes up to 25 pages. Payment is available by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, with payment after confirmed delivery. Automatic delivery retries add a useful safeguard, while a PDF transmission report is provided when the fax is delivered. Prepaid credits do not expire, which gives repeat senders a way to avoid a recurring subscription while retaining occasional access. Business plans are described as monthly or annual options, but pricing requires a sales contact.
Faxfix stands out for its document preparation tools and delivery evidence. Signed PDF transmission reports, email status updates, and API status webhooks support workflows that need confirmation after sending. The API is relevant to developers, although API pricing also requires contacting sales. Its scope remains narrow: the service sends outbound faxes but does not provide inbound faxing or a virtual fax number. Choose Faxfix for pay-as-you-go outbound sending and international delivery; choose another service if receiving faxes or maintaining a dedicated fax number is essential.
