Fax App is an online fax service from Municorn Limited for sending and receiving documents without a traditional fax machine. It suits individuals and small teams that need to fax from iOS, Android, or the web, particularly when documents begin as paper pages or files in cloud storage. Users can send to 90+ countries, receive faxes through an included U.S. fax number, and manage fax history and documents in one service. Browser and email faxing are provided through the vendor’s EveryFax platform.
The service’s main strength is its mobile workflow. A phone camera can scan paper documents, while PDFs and images can be imported from Google Drive, Dropbox, and iCloud. Cover pages, multi-page composition, delivery confirmations, timestamped receipts, and push alerts support routine document workflows. The Monthly, Weekly, and Annual plans each list unlimited faxes, a free U.S. fax number, HIPAA compliance, and 24/7 support. A free access option is also available, while paid pricing may differ between Android, web, and iOS.
Fax App fits buyers who prioritize phone-based faxing, international sending, inbound fax capability, and straightforward document handling. Its HIPAA-related safeguards and Compliancy Group certification claim may matter to organizations handling sensitive information, although buyers should evaluate whether the stated compliance approach matches their own requirements. The included number is U.S.-based, and enterprise-oriented controls are limited compared with services aimed at larger deployments. The terms also reserve the right to apply fair-use limits, so organizations requiring predictable high-volume faxing or broader regional number choices should consider alternatives.
