FacturaScripts is an open-source ERP and business-management application for freelancers and small and midsize businesses. Its center of gravity is invoicing: users can manage quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, payments, customers, suppliers, and products. It also includes automatic accounting entries, tax models, journals, ledgers, balance sheets, inventory, warehouses, stock movements, transfers, lots, and serial numbers. The deployment options suit different operating preferences, with web, Windows, macOS, Linux, API, and self-hosted availability.

Pricing is a major part of the product's appeal. The Self-hosted plan is free forever and can be installed on a computer, server, or hosting account, with core software under the LGPL license. The Official cloud service costs €12 per month and is hosted and maintained by the vendor. That plan includes daily backups, online and telephone support, and selected plugins. A 30-day free trial is also available. The cloud option is the clearer fit for businesses that want vendor-managed maintenance and backups, while the free self-hosted edition suits organizations prepared to manage deployment themselves.

FacturaScripts extends beyond basic billing through its plugin catalog and REST API. Plugins can add CRM, electronic invoicing, reporting, POS, warehouse extensions, production recipes, component consumption, finished goods, manufacturing-cost updates, and multi-company support. Online-store connectors plus CSV and Excel import broaden its data and commerce connections. The trade-off is that manufacturing and multi-entity capabilities rely on plugins rather than the core application. Businesses seeking an invoicing-led ERP with accounting and inventory should find the scope well aligned; organizations that need those advanced capabilities without plugin dependencies should consider a different fit.
