Our verdict on EZBIS
EZBIS is practice-management and electronic-health-record software designed specifically for chiropractors. It brings together digital patient records, patient accounting, SOAP notes, chiropractic treatment charts, digital body images, appointment scheduling and online scheduling. Insurance claim processing, eligibility workflows, auto-posting of insurance payments, patient portals and online payments extend the system beyond clinical documentation. Its intended audience spans solo practitioners, multi-doctor practices and multi-location operations, making it a fit for established chiropractic offices that want broad administrative and clinical basics in one product.
The published plan structure is modular. The cloud offering includes a first named user, additional named-user accounts and separate data-hosting tiers for up to 40 GB, 40–80 GB and over 80 GB. A Waiting Room patient check-in station is also available as an optional component. The official pricing PDF states that a one-year commitment is required, and the cloud first-user price excludes the required data-hosting fee. Practices comparing subscriptions should therefore assess user access, storage needs and front-desk check-in requirements together rather than treating the first user as the full cloud cost.
