Explain.ink turns a topic, script, document, or PDF into a narrated hand-drawn explainer video. It generates a script, converts that script into stroke-by-stroke scenes, adds text-to-speech narration, and renders a downloadable MP4. Its audience includes educators, course creators, marketers, trainers, technical writers, onboarding teams, and YouTube creators. Commercial use covers client projects, courses, and monetized channels.

The pricing model is based on video minutes rather than a recurring subscription. A Single minute costs $5 per video minute and provides a top-up option, with minutes valid for 12 months. The 2-minute pack costs $10 and adds watermark removal, videos up to 5 minutes, narration, custom drawing style, and two videos rendering at once. The 5-minute pack costs $20, the 15-minute pack costs $45, and the 50-minute pack costs $100; each larger pack includes the smaller-pack features, with lower per-minute pricing and the lowest listed per-minute price in the 50-minute pack.
