Exiwik is event management software for exhibitions, conferences, expos and B2B events. It brings together configurable registration forms, multiple ticket types, QR badges, bulk badge printing, phone-based gate check-in, event websites, attendee messaging, programme and speaker management, exhibitor workflows, floor plans and lead capture. Access is available through web, iOS and Android. It is a practical fit for organisers running Indian events that need exhibitor operations alongside attendee registration and onsite entry.
The Free plan provides floor-plan building and online booking, visitor registration and badges, exhibitor lead capture CRM, 10 AI floor-plan generations and 50 lead scans per exhibitor. Pro costs INR 24,999 per event and adds own branding, a custom domain, full analytics and exports, 100 AI floor-plan generations and up to 10 team seats. Max costs INR 55,000 per event, with capacity for 1,000 stalls and 10,000 attendees, plus 150 AI floor-plan generations, 150 lead scans per exhibitor, unlimited team seats and priority support. Max Unlimited costs INR 18,500 per month with annual billing and includes unlimited stalls and attendees, Max-level event functionality, 150 AI generations and scans, unlimited team seats and own branding.
Exiwik’s strongest differentiator is the connection between floor-plan and stall booking tools, exhibitor lead capture CRM and AI business-card scanning. That combination gives exhibition organisers a focused workflow from space planning through post-visit lead collection. Razorpay is the stated payment integration, while custom domains and branded experiences are available on eligible paid plans. The product is best suited to hybrid events where exhibitor management is central. Teams needing a different event format, a wider payment ecosystem or a more extensive integration layer should compare alternatives before choosing it.
