ExhibitSuite is cloud-based legal document and exhibit management software for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation teams. It organizes cases and folders, applies electronic exhibit stickers and automatic numbering, supports document presentation through ES Viewer, and provides tools for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and other courtroom workflows. Browser access plus Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android support suits teams working across offices, remote proceedings, and in-person settings.

Its strongest area is exhibit control. OCR and casewide keyword search help teams locate material across a case, while annotations, callouts, and side-by-side comparison support preparation and presentation. Secure sharing includes PIN access and role-based permissions. Real-time folder updates, live synchronization, document usage tracking, and version history add oversight when several people work on the same case materials. AI deposition summaries are available as a pay-per-use feature rather than as a stated core capability included across the plans.

The published plans show three usage models. Classic includes one attorney license, one support staff member, one deposition before per-deposition charges apply, ten active cases, and 100 GB of storage. Unlimited includes the same license and support-staff structure, with unlimited depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and active cases, plus 250 GB of storage. Pay Per Case covers one active case with 250 GB of storage per case and separate charges for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations. ExhibitSuite fits teams that prioritize organized, searchable, shareable exhibits; teams seeking verified recording or transcript synchronization should look for those capabilities elsewhere.

    • AI deposition summaries are available only on a pay-per-use basis
    • Dropbox is the listed integration
    • Recording and transcript synchronization are not part of the positioning
