Evopos review
A strong retail inventory system, but a limited fit for core work-order management.

Evopos is business management software for specialist retailers and distributors, including motorcycle, marine, automotive, cycle, retail and distribution businesses. It combines point of sale, inventory control, purchasing, sales orders, customer management, accounting integrations and service or workshop functions. For teams whose service operations depend on accurate stock, supplier records and sales orders, it offers a broader retail operating system than a standalone work-order tool.
Pricing is structured across three paid monthly plans. Sales costs $35 per month, while Service costs $70 per month and Dealer costs $95 per month. Each published plan highlights simple point of sale, contacts, SMS messaging, stock control and CRM. The pricing page also advertises unlimited transactions, contacts, items, operators, units and jobs, and states that prices exclude tax. A free start or trial is advertised, while the product itself is positioned as paid software.
Inventory is the clearest strength. Evopos supports stock-level tracking, barcode scanning and label printing, purchase-order creation, receiving and reordering, sales-order creation and stock allocation, stocktaking across locations and categories, supplier records, pack quantities and transfers between stores. Mobile inventory access extends the system beyond Windows desktop software to iOS and Android. Xero and eBay integrations support selected accounting and commerce workflows. Choose Evopos when inventory-linked retail, purchasing and point of sale are the priority. Teams seeking a dedicated work-order management system should look for stronger coverage of core work-order processes.
