Eversports Manager is cloud software for yoga studios, fitness businesses, sports facilities, and other activity providers. It brings scheduling, online booking, payments, customer and team management, reporting, invoicing, check-in, waitlists, and location management into one system. Customers can book through website schedule widgets or the Eversports app, while operators can manage classes, training sessions, courses, workshops, retreats, and events. The platform is particularly suited to established studios that need more than a basic class calendar, including recurring activities, instructor substitutions, memberships, and multiple locations.

Pricing is organized around monthly rates with annual billing. Light costs €49 per month for up to 49 bookings; Starter costs €79 for up to 199 bookings; Accelerate costs €119 for up to 599 bookings; Professional costs €169 for up to 1,499 bookings; and Champion costs €229 from 1,500 bookings per month. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, with pricing varying by country. The paid structure gives smaller operators a clear volume-based starting point, while higher tiers are designed for businesses handling substantially more bookings. Studios seeking free software should look elsewhere, and the annual billing structure may not fit businesses that prefer a monthly commitment.

Operational breadth is the main reason to consider Eversports Manager. Waitlists can notify customers through the app when places open, capacity limits help control participation, and recurring schedules can be extended in bulk. Team-role management includes substitution workflows, while multi-location support, online live classes, and video-on-demand extend the system beyond in-person scheduling. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ClassPass, Wellhub, Mailchimp, Zoom, DATEV, and others. Choose it when scheduling, payments, memberships, financial administration, and digital offerings need to work together; choose a narrower tool if you only need simple booking.
