EventNook is an event management platform for individuals, agencies, corporations, associations and event teams. It supports in-person, virtual and hybrid events through branded websites, configurable registration forms, paid and free ticketing, payment processing, email communications, reporting, QR-code check-in, badge printing and exhibitor lead retrieval. Attendees can use the NookPass browser-based companion app for agendas, digital badges, networking and event information, while mobile check-in applications support onsite operations.
Pricing is organized around event planning and onsite delivery. The Free trial supports up to 2 event sites and up to 20 attendees per event. Express Starter costs $2,400 per year and includes multi-events, an event website, basic registration, ticketing, payment gateway access, reporting and standard support. Professional adds multi-user licensing, advanced forms, ticket pricing and promotions, automated email blasts, advanced reporting and onsite services. Onsite Express Starter costs $1,200 and adds a kiosk app, QR-code check-in, badge templates, instant badge printing, reporting and email support. Onsite Plus adds multi-session scanning, check-in and check-out, exhibitor lead capture and dedicated event success support. Premium Services and Enterprise Services extend the offering with customization, professional services, equipment support, API integration, custom SLAs and custom compliance.
The platform’s ecosystem spans web, iOS, Android and API access, with integrations including Stripe, PayPal, Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Jublia, REST API and webhooks. That breadth suits teams coordinating registration, communications, attendee access and onsite workflows in one system. EventNook is a stronger fit for full-service programs that need badges, scanning, exhibitors or attendee-facing features than for organizers seeking only basic event registration. Teams should choose it when onsite execution is central and select the package that matches their operational needs.
