It brings crew and volunteer registration, shift and job planning, self-selection, check-in and check-out, time tracking, communications, accreditation, stock control and reporting into one system. Volunteers can choose available work days, jobs and stations, while organizers can manage access, zones, stock items and event communications. It is suited to teams coordinating event staff and volunteers across operational areas rather than to organizations seeking a general-purpose workforce platform.
Its strongest fit is the breadth of event-specific workflows. Registration supports custom questions, while volunteers can self-select days, jobs and stations.
