Eventbee is a web-based event management platform for organizers, businesses, nonprofits, and other event managers. It covers configurable registration forms, paid and free ticketing, reserved seating, payment processing, custom event pages, confirmation emails, attendee updates, reporting, and onsite check-in. Its event formats include in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, making it suitable for teams that need core registration and ticketing across different event types.

Pricing is usage-based rather than monthly or annual. The Basic plan costs $1 per ticket and includes Basic ticketing. Pro costs $1.50 per ticket with Pro ticketing, Advanced costs $2.50 per ticket with Advanced ticketing, and Business costs $3.50 per ticket with Business ticketing. A Ticketing RSVP plan is also available with RSVP ticketing. The published plan structure gives smaller events a low entry price, while costs rise with ticket volume and selected tier. Payment processing can use PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net, or Eventbee.

Eventbee’s ecosystem supports Zoom, Google Meetings, Google, YouTube, and Facebook, while web, iOS, and Android access support event administration and attendee operations. Its manager app adds QR-code scanning, offline check-in, onsite ticket sales, card processing, and attendance monitoring. Reporting can be exported to Excel or PDF, and virtual attendee pages extend the platform beyond physical events. Eventbee is a good choice for cost-conscious organizers focused on registration, ticketing, payments, communications, and check-in. Teams that need a verified attendee app or exhibitor tools should choose a broader event-management platform.
