Eventact is event management software for professional conference organizers, associations, enterprises, and event agencies. It brings registration, ticketing, payments, websites, agendas, abstract management, communications, attendee networking, onsite operations, exhibitor tools, and virtual or hybrid delivery into one platform. Its modular packages suit organizations that need to assemble event capabilities around conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, or association programs.

Pricing is structured around attendee capacity and feature combinations. The entry subscription costs $210 per month for Registration and Website for events under 2,000 attendees per year. The comparable under-5,000-attendee plan costs $520 per month. Adding an Event App raises the monthly price to $330 for under 2,000 attendees and $830 for under 5,000. Registration, Abstracts, Event App, and Website cost $415 or $1,020 per month for those same attendee bands. For a focused onsite need, Arrival App packages cost $49 one time for up to 200 registrants or $199 one time for up to 500, with check-in and badge printing.

The platform’s main strength is breadth across the event workflow. Registration forms support custom fields and conditional logic, while ticketing includes discounts, payments, invoices, receipts, and e-tickets. Websites can use branding, custom domains, SSL, and multilingual content. Communications include email and SMS templates, automation, scheduling, and segmentation. Onsite teams get QR and barcode check-in, offline operation, registration, and badge printing; exhibitors can manage profiles, online booths, and lead collection. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, payment gateways, analytics tools, and an event API extend its ecosystem. Choose Eventact when connected event operations matter; simpler events may not need its wider package structure.
