Event Schedule is an event calendar and ticketing platform for musicians, venues, promoters, performers, community organizers and curators. It supports public schedules, free registration, paid tickets, QR-code check-in, agenda sections, participant and speaker pages, newsletters, embedded calendars and external calendar synchronization. Hosted cloud accounts are available alongside an open-source self-hosted version, giving organizers a choice between a managed service and more control over deployment.
Pricing is unusually accessible for organizers that need basic event publishing. The permanent Forever Free plan includes unlimited events and schedules, free registration, up to 25 paid tickets per month, calendar embedding and built-in analytics, with no card requirement. Pro costs $5 per month or $50 per year and adds unlimited ticket sales, a live check-in dashboard, custom fields, REST API access, webhooks and removal of Event Schedule branding. Enterprise costs $15 per month or $150 per year and adds reserved seating, custom domains, private and password-protected events, multiple team members and AI-powered content generation. A 7-day free trial is available for paid plans, and paid trials require a card.
Its ecosystem covers Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook Calendar, CalDAV, Stripe, PayPal, Payfast, Invoice Ninja and Eventbrite. The REST API, webhooks and self-hosting option also make it suitable for organizations that want to connect event data to other systems or manage their own installation. Event Schedule is a strong fit for straightforward schedules, registration and lightweight ticketing at a low recurring cost. Organizers needing more extensive event-platform breadth may prefer a broader alternative, particularly when advanced operational requirements extend beyond its published feature set.
