EuSystem is online service-management software for companies handling warranty and post-warranty repairs of household and industrial equipment. It brings repair-order tracking, technician scheduling, reservations, parts management, reporting, document generation and customer communication into one system. The Android technician app adds access to reservations, navigation, parts information, repair reports, comments and photos. It is most suitable for European service centers and repair networks that need tighter coordination between office staff, technicians and stock held in vans.

Its strongest area is the connection between dispatch and parts operations. GPS-based scheduling supports routing and technician location tracking, while the work panel presents customer, address and service details. Parts can be managed across office inventory and technician vans, with scanning and automatic stock adjustment. The mobile workflow covers reservations, reports, comments, photos and navigation, and the product also includes activity and parts-usage reports, invoice generation, notifications and technician chat. Integrations with a phone system, company website and navigation applications support a broader service operation.

Pricing is organized around paid Start, Smart, Smart + and Total MAX plans, with subscriptions shown for three-month and six-month periods. Three-month prices range from €90 for Start to €330 for Total MAX; six-month prices range from €180 to €660. Start includes the working plan, parts, website, invoices, partners and dashboard. Smart adds contract campaigns and SMS, while Smart + includes references, notes and guides; Total MAX lists the same highlighted features. The plans are presented as flat subscription licenses for up to 3 or 5 subscribers rather than monthly per-user pricing. Choose EuSystem if inventory accuracy and field coordination are priorities; consider another option if your team requires broader platform coverage than web and Android.

EuSystem pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Tracks repair orders, reservations, statuses and technician work
    • Manages office and van parts inventory with scanning
    • Combines GPS scheduling, mobile workflows, reports and invoicing
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan for evaluating the product
    • Web and Android coverage may not suit every field team
    • Flat subscription licenses are not monthly per-user pricing
