EthicsGlobal CaseManager review
A deep investigation system for enterprise ethics and compliance teams.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
EthicsGlobal CaseManager centralizes whistleblower reports, case ownership, deadlines, messages, evidence, investigations, and decisions. It is designed for organizations running ethics hotlines and reporting channels, particularly teams that need traceable workflows across multiple companies, countries, worksites, and investigators. Intake is available through web forms and mobile apps, with telephone, chat, WhatsApp, email, and other channels available depending on the selected service model and plan.
Pricing is contact-sales, with four published tiers. Essential includes web and mobile intake, one country, one language, up to five worksites, two users, and case management and investigation tools. Advanced adds coverage for up to three countries, two languages, and 30 worksites, plus 15 users, 20 GB, telephone support, and training. Corporate expands coverage to up to three companies, five countries, and 200 worksites, with 50 users, an API, advanced roles, custom reports, a dedicated account executive, and Premium Support. Premium adds up to 10 companies, 10 countries, and five languages, unlimited worksites and users, 1 TB, 100 monthly AI credits, SSO, and integrations within scope. A 30-day trial is shown for Advanced and requires a card.
The standout strength is investigation depth: teams can create plans, manage interviews and involved parties, organize evidence and findings, classify risk and priority, assign roles, configure workflows, and review an audit log recording every action. Custom forms, fields, catalogs, reporter types, dashboards, analytics, APIs, and integrations with Active Directory, Cognito, SAP, and Power BI support broader enterprise processes. Choose CaseManager when investigation traceability and compliance structure matter more than simple report intake. Smaller organizations with straightforward hotline needs may find Essential’s limits or the configuration-based buying process less suitable.
