Ethicontrol is an ethics and compliance platform for teams managing workplace incidents, investigations and related corrective actions. It combines reporting and intake channels with incident and case management, investigation stages, tasks, evidence uploads, involved-party records, findings, management decisions and investigation reports. Compliance, internal audit, human resources, security, HSE and risk-management teams can use it to coordinate case work from initial report through remediation. The platform is available on the web or as a self-hosted deployment.

Its strongest differentiator is the breadth of the investigation workflow. Teams can manage statuses, priorities, delegation, task templates, activity logs and filtered audit logs, then record disciplinary actions and corrective-action remediation plans. Anonymous reporters can access a web room and continue dialogue, while analytics and PDF or spreadsheet exports support reporting. Integration options include business intelligence platforms, open data, SSO, SIEM, ERP, Microsoft Active Directory and Ethicontrol Echo. AI features are also included in the product offering.

Pricing is structured across four paid tiers. Starter costs €89 per month and includes reporting, incident and case management, analytics, data and security, training and support. Standard costs €189 and adds additional domains and customisations, a WhatsApp bot, an AI intake agent, task workflows and 50 GB of file storage. Advanced costs €399 and adds incident import, escalations, automations, custom roles, split access, disciplinary actions, audit logs, MFA and 100 GB of storage. Pro costs €999 and adds multiple intake portals, dossiers, independent procedures, a business rules engine and SSO. Ethicontrol suits teams seeking broad case coverage; organizations needing only a narrow reporting channel may find this scope unnecessary.
