Erply is cloud-based retail management software for independent retailers, chains, franchises, and larger retail operators. It brings together point of sale, inventory and warehouse management, purchasing, order management, customer profiles, loyalty, employee controls, reporting, ecommerce fulfillment, and payments. Online and offline POS workflows, stock transfers, purchase orders, replenishment thresholds, and in-store pickup make it suited to businesses coordinating store operations across locations rather than retailers seeking only checkout software.

Pricing is organized into three monthly plans. The Growth Plan costs $1,000 per month and includes POS, inventory, and reporting modules, unlimited users, basic AI automation, up to 100,000 queries per month, and up to 3 stores. The Chain Plan costs $5,000 per month and adds advanced reporting, analytics, and automation, along with centralized pricing, purchasing, and inventory for 4–20 stores. The Enterprise / Franchise Plan costs $25,000 per month and adds enterprise-level reporting and analytics, dedicated infrastructure, and integrations for ERP, BI, EDI, ecommerce, and custom APIs. A 60-day trial provides a way to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Erply’s ecosystem is broad: supported connections include WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Amazon, and Etsy, while public APIs, webhooks, an SDK, and custom integrations extend its reach. The platform runs on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with API access available for connected systems. Large chains and franchises should consider Erply when they need centralized operations, advanced reporting, offline workflows, and extensibility. Smaller retailers or businesses needing a lightweight, lower-cost system may find the monthly entry price difficult to justify.
