Equify is a web-based platform for managing ownership structures and shareholder operations. It combines capitalization tables, securities transaction registers, shareholder and financial instrument tracking, employee equity plans, vesting, legal documentation, governance workflows and portals. Its supported instruments include stock options, BSPCE, BSA, warrants, bonus shares and convertible bonds. The product is suited to startups, scale-ups, LBO-backed companies, law firms and organizations managing employee ownership, particularly teams that need governance and HR coordination alongside cap-table records.

The published plans show a paid structure with annual pricing starting at €500 for Starter. Starter includes a register and cap table, legal library and email support. Essential lists the same highlights. Business adds unlimited transactions, IFRS-2 reporting and HRIS integration, plus a dedicated account manager. Enterprise includes those Business capabilities and adds three training sessions per year. Across the product, users can work with issued and fully diluted views, transaction history, equity awards, vesting records, Excel exports and shareholder or beneficiary portals. There is no free plan.

Equify’s broader operating scope is a notable fit for companies that want ownership records connected to legal and governance processes rather than a standalone cap-table view. Governance meetings, resolutions and registers sit alongside document templates and electronic signatures, while HRIS synchronization connects equity administration with Workday, Lucca and PayFit. The platform also supports common and preferred stock and investor-ready reporting. Teams that need these workflows in one web application should consider Equify; organizations prioritizing deeper scenario modeling or a non-web deployment should look for a more specialized alternative.
