Eque2 Construction is cloud-based accounting, job costing and contract management software for construction and contracting businesses. Its Construct solution supports project budgets, cost codes, procurement, applications for payment, valuations, retentions, subcontractor workflows and live reporting. Mobile access is available through web, iOS and Android, while EVision extends the offering into a construction ERP built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for larger contractors. The product is aimed at businesses ranging from small and medium-sized contractors to enterprise construction companies.

Ecosystem fit is a major part of the product's appeal. Eque2 Construction integrates with Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Xero, alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Microsoft connections include Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power BI and PowerApps, giving teams several routes for working with financial, reporting and operational information. For contractors already invested in Sage or Microsoft tools, this breadth can support a connected workflow across accounting, project reporting and business applications. The web, iOS and Android availability also supports access to contract and financial information beyond the office.

The product's strongest differentiator is the breadth of construction controls in one system. Job costing includes editable budgets and cost codes; payment applications, valuations, invoicing and retentions address contract administration; and subcontractor management includes CIS, insurance and CSCS tracking. Purchase orders, procurement controls, plant hire tracking and overspend alerts extend the scope beyond core accounting. Pricing follows a contact-sales model, with a demonstration or consultation as the buying route. Choose Eque2 Construction when construction-specific financial control and integration depth matter; consider a narrower tool when the requirement is limited to straightforward invoicing or basic bookkeeping.
