Eptura Visitor is a cloud-based visitor-management solution for security, front-of-house, and facilities teams. It supports guest pre-registration, remote registration, digital and kiosk check-in, visitor badges, host notifications, approval workflows, identity verification, digital logs, document signing, emergency roll calls, and analytics. Its web, mobile, kiosk, and API capabilities suit organizations managing visitor operations across multiple buildings or locations, especially where entry procedures need to be consistent and visible.

The two plans create a clear progression. Advanced includes on-site check-in, customized badges, custom visitor workflows, calendar-based scheduling, emergency visitor communications, visitor eSignature, and traffic and trend analytics. Power includes everything in Advanced, then adds access-control integrations, visitor and approval workflows by type, QR codes, RFID access cards, guest Wi-Fi credentials, watchlists, third-party watchlist integrations, the Eptura Visitor API, and webhooks. Both plans are offered through a contact-sales pricing model, so the product is better suited to organizations that prefer a tailored purchasing process over self-serve plan selection.

Its strongest fit is workplace entry that connects reception processes with security controls. Integrations include AMAG, Brivo, Gallagher, Genea, Genetec, Lenel, Paxton, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendar, AirPrint, and Wi-Fi systems. Host notifications can be sent through email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, while access-control connections and digital roll calls extend the workflow beyond check-in. Organizations seeking visitor security, approvals, badges, and emergency readiness should find the scope relevant. Teams primarily seeking work orders, maintenance, asset management, or space management should choose a broader facilities-management product instead.

    • Focused on visitor management rather than general facilities operations
    • Power features are reserved for the higher plan
