EPRIVO is a secure email service for consumers and organizations that adds encrypted communication and sender-controlled privacy features to existing email accounts. It can work with Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook, Hotmail, Microsoft 365, and iCloud, or provide a virtual private email address. Its feature set includes end-to-end encryption, message and sender authentication, message recall, expiration, one-time viewing, no-forwarding controls, and privacy for subjects, sender addresses, and metadata. Applications are available for web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with private Telegram chats and voice emails also included.
Pricing is positioned toward low-cost personal use. Individual Plus costs $0.42 per user per month when billed annually and includes one user and one virtual private address. Family Plus costs $0.60 per user per month annually for up to 5 members. Celebrity Gold costs $4.17 per user per month annually, while Celebrity Platinum costs $1.50 per user per month annually and supports up to 5 members; both include full access, exclusive features, and support. Organization costs $5 per user per month with monthly billing, supports 5–500 members, and requires at least 5 users. A $149.99 one-time Lifetime access plan is also offered, alongside a 14-day trial.
The standout fit is privacy control over messages that may need to expire, be recalled, viewed once, or resist forwarding. That makes EPRIVO more suitable for people and teams wanting additional control around existing email workflows than for buyers seeking a conventional mailbox replacement. The Organization plan provides a route for teams, while the personal tiers keep the entry price low. Buyers should choose EPRIVO when existing-account compatibility and message-level privacy matter most; those seeking a simpler single-plan service or a primarily storage-focused email product may prefer a different approach.
