Epos Now is a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management platform for restaurants, cafés, bars, takeaways, and other hospitality businesses. It combines sales processing with custom floor plans, live table management, kitchen display workflows, online ordering, payments, inventory, reporting, reservations, and staff-management integrations. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support countertop and tablet-based operation, making it suitable for small businesses through enterprise hospitality operations.

The pricing structure has two Complete POS solution options. The one-time package costs $399 and includes POS software, a POS terminal, a thermal receipt printer, and a card machine. The monthly package costs $84 per month and includes POS software plus online, delivery, collection, and multichannel capabilities. There is no free plan. Businesses should compare the package structure with their hardware, payment-processing, add-on, and contract needs before choosing a configuration.

Restaurant depth is the main reason to consider Epos Now. Digital menus support modifiers, photos, allergens, prices, and timed menus, while ingredient-level inventory tracks stock and provides low-stock warnings. The kitchen display system supports course firing, and restaurant reporting covers sales, inventory, labor, and restaurant activity. OpenTable supports reservations, while QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, Mailchimp, and Deputy are among the integrations; the platform supports more than 100 apps overall. Choose Epos Now when detailed hospitality workflows matter more than broad retail coverage. Restaurants seeking a free option or a general-purpose retail-first system should consider alternatives.
