Epilogue Wills is a web-based estate-planning service for Canadians who want guided help creating basic estate documents online. A questionnaire leads to a customized will, with signing instructions, funeral, cremation, and burial wishes, executor and guardian notifications, an asset and key-contact record, and a Social Media Will. The service is available in 10 Canadian provinces and supports individuals and couples. Optional printing and mailing are also available.
The pricing is straightforward and paid upfront. Will Only costs CAD 139 one time and includes the custom will, signing instructions, executor and guardian notifications, asset and key-contact records, funeral wishes, and a Social Media Will. Will + Incapacity Documents costs CAD 199 one time and adds incapacity documents and free document updates. The service also provides a Canada Will Registry registration code. These packages suit buyers who want a defined online workflow rather than a broader estate-planning platform.
Epilogue Wills is strongest when the priority is guided will creation with related notifications and records. Free document updates add ongoing value to the package that includes incapacity documents, while the registry registration code supports a specific post-creation task. The scope is narrower than a service offering verified trust support or storage, and there is no attorney review. Buyers seeking an online alternative for basic Canadian estate documents should consider it; those who need professional legal review, trust support, or storage should choose a different type of service.
